Having worked across a breadth of mental health settings, Simone has gained extensive experience of helping people struggling with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health issues.

- She is ‘trauma-informed’ which means she is aware of the complex impact of trauma on a person’s distress and how it can shape their efforts to cope (e.g., using food, alcohol, overworking).
- She holds a master’s degree in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and is committed to lifelong learning.
- She has trained in many different therapeutic approaches including Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Approaches, Polyvagal Theory, and Psychoeducation.
