- Specialist expertise in providing NICE-recommended therapies for psychosis and bipolar disorder (individual and family work), and complex trauma . This can include working with people who:
- Have experienced long-term, developmental, or repeated trauma
- Experience voices, unusual beliefs, paranoia, or changes in perception, and/or have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder or psychosis
- Question, or have, a diagnosis of autism or ADHD
- Struggle with emotional regulation or shifts in mood
- Have been described as having “complex” or long standing difficulties
- Have found other therapy offerings limited

Session Details
- Fees: £110 self-funded (insurance fees may differ)
- Sessions: Usually 1 hour (50 mins therapy + 10 mins admin)
- Options for longer/shorter/variable frequency sessions
- Remote and face-to-face sessions available
- Therapy Session Availability:
- Mondays between 9.15 – 3.45pm
- Tuesdays 1.15 -4.45pm
- Wednesdays between 9:15am – 6:00pm
- Fridays between 9:15am – 3.45pm
