Jo is a highly experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist who is dedicated to helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. She works with people with a wide range of experiences—from everyday worries like anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties, to more complex or long-standing challenges such as trauma, psychosis-related difficulties, bipolar disorder, or neurodiversity.
In therapy, Jo provides a safe, kind and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, you can make sense of what’s happening, notice patterns, and find ways to manage distress, build confidence, and make positive changes in your life. Sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences as far as possible, including the style, length, and frequency of meetings. With your consent, Jo can also work alongside GPs, psychiatrists, or other professionals as necessary to ensure your care is coordinated and supportive.
