Therapy in Motion offers a very different experience of traditional counselling and psychotherapy. Instead of sitting in a therapy room, the sessions takes place outdoors walking side by side, around the beautiful Malvern countryside.
Walking and talking at a low intensity, whist not a fitness session, is more dynamic that traditional therapy. Being physically active can help release tensions, stimulate new thoughts and ideas. Together with your therapist you are literally “moving forward” in life and this can often be reflected in moving forward new ideas, beliefs and concepts about the self.
